Our Mission
HOPE Re-Entry Housing Inc. empowers justice-involved adults returning from incarceration to achieve housing stability, successful community reintegration, and long-term independence. Our primary population includes individuals with sex offense histories who are homeless or at risk of homelessness following incarceration or during reentry. We provide structured transitional housing, individualized reentry planning, accountability, employment readiness, life-skills development, peer support, and coordinated community resources. Every applicant receives an individualized review, and placement depends on program fit, supervision requirements, applicable laws and residency restrictions, safety considerations, property requirements, and housing availability.
The HOPE Reentry Coalition
The HOPE Reentry Coalition unites housing providers, correctional partners, employers, community organizations, faith leaders, healthcare professionals, and advocates to strengthen the reentry support system. Our mission is to expand access to safe housing, employment, coordinated services, and community partnerships that reduce barriers and improve long-term outcomes for justice-involved individuals.
Our 2030 Housing Stability Goal
By December 31, 2030, HOPE Re-Entry Housing Inc. aims to reduce homelessness and housing instability by 85% among enrolled reentry participants in Georgia and Florida who enter the program without a safe, fixed, and adequate place to live, compared with their housing status at program enrollment.

Sleeping outdoors, in a vehicle, emergency shelter, another place not intended for regular habitation, or leaving incarceration without an identified safe and stable residence.
Housing stability definition
Exiting to safe housing expected to remain available for at least 90 days.
Progress will be documented through intake assessments, approved placement records, program exit records, and 90-day follow-up verification. This is an organizational goal, not a guarantee of results or a claim that HOPE will reduce homelessness across all Georgia and Florida communities.
